Throughout my career I have worked on a variety of assignments, including early and late stage venture capital, private investment in public equity (PIPE), public offerings, M&A projects and secondary direct stock offerings. This has lead to extensive experience in investment banking, business operations, acquisition integration, business development and company origination. I have gained significant experience working with companies in sectors ranging from biotech and life sciences, clean and alternative energy, as well as TMT businesses.
