It offers the world’s first and only wafer-scale chip in the market. The company is reportedly raising $750M - $1B at a valuation of $7B - $8B, per Nasdaq, translating to an EV/revenue of 34x – 39x, which is a premium to NVIDIA’s current 30x EV/LTM revenue multiple. While not yet profitable, robust revenue growth trajectory and  improving sequential gross margins are moving the needle toward profitability.
